How your information is handled

This site is operated by Ben Negru, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Alliance Realty. It collects only what you choose to send through its forms: your name, email, phone number, a property address, and whatever you write in the message.

What it is used for

To reply to your inquiry, to prepare the valuation, search or consultation you asked for, and, if you subscribed, to send the monthly market note. Your information is stored in a private transaction system used only by Ben Negru and the people who help run the practice.

What it is not used for

It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. It is shared with third parties only when a transaction requires it, such as a title company, lender or inspector you have chosen to work with, and only with your knowledge.

Texting and calling

Every form on this site asks for your consent before anyone contacts you. Consent is not a condition of any service. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. If basic traffic analytics are added, they will be aggregate and will not identify you.

Your choices
