I live in San Antonio and I work the Hill Country side of it: The Dominion and the Canyons at Scenic Loop, out I-10 to Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne, west to Helotes, and north on 281 through Stone Oak, Timberwood Park and Bulverde. I am a licensed Texas real estate agent with Alliance Realty.
My rule is simple: you should never have to guess. When you list with me, you get a written range with the comparable sales behind it and a net sheet at three prices before the sign goes in the yard. When you buy with me, every offer term is on paper in plain words before you sign, the inspection report comes back summarized with page numbers, and every contract date goes on a calendar you can see.
I do the showings, the offers and the negotiating myself. You get one agent and one phone number from the first conversation to the keys, and I answer the same day.
